Red Cross Responds to St. Charles County Storms

The Red Cross will be canvassing the affected areas and conducting damage assessments.

The St. Louis Area chapter of the American Red Cross is responding to the St. Charles area after Friday night's storms.

This morning disaster response volunteers are meeting with emergency officials in St. Charles and first responders for updates on the hardest-hit areas. The Red Cross will be canvassing the affected areas and conducting damage assessments.

As always following a disaster, the Red Cross is ready to provide affected residents with basic emergency needs such as food, a safe place to stay and emotional support. The Red Cross is working throughout the extended St. Louis metro area to determine needs in other affected areas as well.
