Stealing

  • A diabetes transmitter and power tools, valued at $900, were taken from an unlocked car in the 2900 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway.
  • Motor vehicle parts were stolen. A suspect was identified and interviewed, but victim does not want to prosecute if the parts are returned.
  • Stealing from taxi driver in the first block of Ameristar Boulevard.
  • An iPhone 4 was stolen.

Assault
  • Assault 3rd occurred at a bar in the 3700 block of Mexico Road.
  • Domestic assault between two brothers.

Driving While Intoxicated
  • A traffic stop led to an arrest for a DWI.
  • Vehicle observed failing to maintain a single lane on First Capitol and Sherman. Investigation revealed driver was intoxicated.
