I teach a simple, yet profound practice called Art of Ascension. It is not called a meditation, because it is so much more. No needing to control the mind. It's more like planting seeds. It does not require belief to work. It can be used with the eyes open, while you are busy throughout your day, but is also used as a close-eyed meditation.
