Man Accused of Sexually Trafficking a Minor Pleads to Lesser Charge
Police reported the man originally asked a woman to bring him a "12-year-old virgin" so he could have sex with her.
A man originally charged with sexual trafficking of a child under age 18 and other crimes pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to reduced charges of soliciting prostitution and drug possession. Mohammad Teimoortagh, was given a $300 fine for soliciting prostitution, a misdemeanor, and a $5,000 fine for possession of a controlled substance. On Sept. 28, a St. Charles County grand jury indicted Teimoortagh on charges of attempted sexual trafficking of a child under age 18, first-degree promoting prostitution, second-degree attempted statutory rape and possession of a controlled substance. This is a misleading story. It makes it sound like this guy actually did ask for a 12yr-old virgin. The $300 didn't have anything to do with a 12 year-old. That part was made-up by the "informant", so it's ok to get past that part. According to prosecutors & the court, he didn't ask for a 12 year-old, he simply asked for a prostitute. $300 fine.
