Women Accused of Stealing $1,795 in Formula From St. Charles Walmart
St. Charles Police said one woman stole 96 Enfamil cans while a second woman stole 20 more cans.
Two women face criminal charges after St. Charles Police said they stole 116 cans of Enfamil formula over a 12-day period. Hattie Allen, 38, and Shamika M. Thomas, 42, both of the 5000 block of Queens in the city of St. Louis, were charged Jan. 18 with of felony stealing. St. Charles Police said Allen and Thomas each put 20 cans of Enfamil in their purses and walked out of the St. Charles Walmart, 2897 Veterans Memorial Parkway, without paying on Jan. 16. They were arrested and police said Allen admitted to stealing the formula from Walmart on several occasions over the previous two weeks: Thomas was accused of stealing 20 cans of Enfamil on Jan. 16 and helping Allen steal 20 cans of the formula.
