Tucanos Brazilian Grill to Open Feb. 13
Restaurant is one of two expected to open in Streets of St. Charles this spring.
Update: Tucanos pushed back the open date. See our other story. A new Brazilian restaurant will open in St. Charles on Feb. 13. Tucanos Brazilian Grill is a chain of restaurants based in Utah. The restaurants offer traditional Brazilian grilling, churrasco, in which servers walk around with different cuts of grilled meat and vegetables on large skewers and guests are served individually. The new restaurant in St. Charles will be the seventh location in the country and the first full restaurant to open in the Streets of St. Charles development on Fifth Street. Tucanos has plans to hire 150 people and will host a job fair from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 17. Personal interviews will be conducted at the restaurant at 1520 South Fifth Street. …
