A 16-year-old has been certified to stand trial as an adult after being accused of putting a gun to another person’s head during a marijuana deal and robbing them in St. Peters Feb. 25. Lawrence Fitzgerald III, 16, of the 1500 block of Dartmouth Drive in St. Charles, was charged March 19 with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to distributing marijuana. A St. Charles County deputy said Fitzgerald and Alayna Evans arrived at the person’s home as agreed upon to sell him marijuana Feb. 25 in the 500 block of Crown Passage Drive in St. Charles County south of St. Peters.
