A man originally charged with sexual trafficking of a child under age 18 and other crimes pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to reduced charges of soliciting prostitution and drug possession. Mohammad Teimoortagh, was given a $300 fine for soliciting prostitution, a misdemeanor, and a $5,000 fine for possession of a controlled substance. On Sept. 28, a St. Charles County grand jury indicted Teimoortagh on charges of attempted sexual trafficking of a child under age 18, first-degree promoting prostitution, second-degree attempted statutory rape and possession of a controlled substance. A St. Charles man faces drug charges after an Oct. 2 traffic stop near Friedens and southbound Highway 94. James J. Vitale, 47, of the 100 block of Hastings Way in St. Charles, was charged Wednesday with possession of chemicals with intent to make a controlled substance, controlled substance possession and marijuana possession. A St. Charles County Drug Task Force detective reported that police spotted Vitale sitting in his truck in a Walgreen’s parking lot at 12345 St. Charles Rock Road in Bridgeton. A St. Charles County grand jury indicted a man on criminal charges Friday after prosecutors said he asked an informant to arrange sex for him with a 12-year-old virgin. Mohammad Teimoortagh Jr, 23, of the 3200 block of Everwood Run in St. Charles County, was indicted on the following charges: According to court documents, Teimoortagh had a face-to-face meeting with a woman whom he asked to find him a 12-year-old to have sex with him. The woman told him she could find him a 15-year-old virgin. Teimoortagh said that was too old for him, but a 14-year-old would be acceptable, St. Peters Police said. St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives said they arrested a clandestine meth cook Monday in the 1100 block of Dardenne in St. Charles. Joseph A. Schaffner, 40, was charged Tuesday with attempting to manufacture a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. His last known address was in the 800 block of Riderwood Drive in Hazelwood. A Drug Task Force detective said he was struck by an overwhelming chemical odor when he entered the house, and his eyes were irritated by the strong smell. Detectives said the homeowner, a suspect in a separate drug case, had given them permission to search the home and provided a door key to the house. A man faces drug charges after St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives said he twice sold methamphetamine to an undercover officer. Timothy Vincent, 31, of the 1500 block of Santa Margarita in St. Charles, was charged Aug. 30 with two counts of selling a controlled substance and one count of meth possession. A Drug Task Force detective reported that Vincent sold him meth for $50 on Aug. 24 and for $200 on Aug. 27, according to court documents. The substances field-tested positive for meth, police said. St. Charles County Drug Task Force detectives arrested a former St. Charles resident for distribution of marijuana. Detectives said in a report that Henry Lee Brown Jr, 39, had more than 50 grams of marijuana in his vehicle Aug. 20 when they pulled him over at Country Club and Huck Finn drives in St. Charles. Drug Task Force detectives said Brown had the marijuana pre-packaged in baggies, an electronic scale, packaging material and four cell phones in his car. According to the report, Brown told officers he intended to deliver the marijuana to an unidentified subject in the city of St. Louis, and that he used the cell phones to coordinate drug transactions. A St. Charles man sold two pieces of gravel to an undercover detective, telling him the rocks were raw heroin. A St. Charles County Drug Task Force report said the man doctored the gravel to resemble heroin. A close visual inspection and field tests revealed the substance was not heroin, detectives said. Ryan T. Beasley, 29, of the 1200 block of Lakeshore Drive in St. Charles, was charged Wednesday with delivery of an imitation controlled substance. St. Charles County Drug Task Force members found methamphetamine and marijuana-related items and residue throughout a St. Charles home in the 3700 block of Bismark Drive. Teresa M. McConnell, 47, and Darryl Weseman, 52, both of the 3700 block of Bismark, both were charged Friday with intent to make methamphetamine and meth possession. Drug Task Force members searched the home Thursday, and a report indicates they also found empty pseudoephedrine blister packs and other meth ingredients in a vehicle at the residence. According to the task force report, Weseman and McConnell told detectives they sell or trade pseudoephedrine to a clandestine meth cook for cash or finished meth. A St. Charles County Drug Task Force surveillance mission resulted in drug charges against three St. Charles residents. Andy Franklin, 48, and Catherine Eberhardt, 52, both of the first block of Pam Avenue, both were charged Tuesday with two counts of manufacturing meth. David Branson, 52, of the first block of Overbrook Drive, was charged Wednesday with possession of chemicals with intent to make meth, meth possession and marijuana possession. Detectives said they saw Branson meet with Franklin Monday in the 2800 block of Elm Street. Detectives said the woman charged with making meth bought pseudoephedrine 19 times since November 2010 and had other methamphetamine ingredients in her home.
An anonymous tip led St. Charles County Drug Task Force investigators to a a St. Charles area meth maker, detectives said. The tipster told officials that a woman was making methamphetamine in her apartment. When detectives checked on Lisa Wood, 50, of the 1700 block of Veterans Memorial Drive, they found she had bought pseudoephedrine 19 times since November 2010. Drug Task Force detectives said after Wood consented to a search of her apartment, they found several items used to make meth in a bag in the back of a kitchen cabinet. This is a misleading story. It makes it sound like this guy actually did ask for a 12yr-old virgin. The $300 didn't have anything to do with a 12 year-old. That part was made-up by the "informant", so it's ok to get past that part. According to prosecutors & the court, he didn't ask for a 12 year-old, he simply asked for a prostitute. $300 fine.
