A St. Charles man faces criminal charges for stalking a woman and peeping in her window to see her partially or fully nude. Timothy M. Sutton, 31, of the 200 block of Cascades Drive, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree invasion of privacy and one count of stalking. St. Charles Police said that Sutton looked in a woman’s windows on at least three occasions from July 27 through Aug. 8. Police said Sutton admitted to seeing the woman unclothed on one occasion. A witness told police she spotted Sutton outside the woman’s St. Charles home on two occasions. Sutton also repeatedly followed the woman and harassed her, according to the report. A Wentzville tattoo parlor owner was arrested Thursday after an employee discovered a video camera hidden in a restroom vent, said a Wentzville Police spokesman. Bruce Hymes, 41, of the 500 block of Blumhoff Avenue in Wentzville, has been charged with invasion of privacy of several individuals and tampering with evidence. Hymes is owner of Full Moon Tattoo Parlor in Wentzville. Capt. Kevin Pyatt said the employee called police Thursday to report she had found the camera.
