Five Guys Burgers and Fries opened its tenth restaurant in the St. Louis region in St. Charles on Monday. This is the first restaurant to open inside the Streets of St. Charles, a development at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Fifth Street. Other businesses located in the development include Wamhoff Financial Services, a dental office and the Art Institute. On Monday morning around noon, a few people started to wander in for lunch. "It's going to be good," said Josh Berry, general manager of the store. Berry said 45 people are employed at the store. One new employee from St. Peters applied along with his son and both got a job.
