Man Charged With Statutory Sodomy in 2009 Incident

St. Charles Police said the man had sex with an 11-year-old child in 2009.

A St. Charles man is facing criminal charges of having sex with an 11-year-old child in 2009. Dennis L. Noack, 54, of the 800 block of Spring Avenue in St. Charles, was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy. St. Charles Police said in a report that Noack had sex two times with a child who then was 11 years old between June 1 and Aug. 31, 2009. Bond was set at $25,000. Man Takes Off Drunk With Ex-Girlfriend's Car With Her Child In Back Seat

Police pulled the man over a short time later; he was charged with stealing the vehicle.

A man pushed his girlfriend to the ground Saturday and took her vehicle with her child in the back seat, St. Charles Police said. Jorge Ramos-Juarez, 24, of the first block of Breezy Lane in Lake Saint Louis, was charged Monday with stealing a motor vehicle. Police said in a report the man had argued with the woman over a breakup at 20 Gary Court in St. Charles. After he drove off, Ramos-Juarez was pulled over and was found to be intoxicated and driving without a license, according to the report. Bond was set at $10,000, cash only. Third Person Charged in St. Charles Home Invasion

Teenager used iron poker to fend off an attempt to recover child from the DFS-appointed home.

A third person was charged in a home invasion on Friday in an attempt to recover his daughter from a relatives’ home in St. Charles. Andrew R. Wilson, 30, of Mehlville, was charged Monday as an accessory to burglary. Previously, Jennifer Temm, 34, of Oakville, Matthew Wakeman, 26, of Affton, were charged Saturday with accessory to burglary. According to court documents, Temm asked Wilson, the child's father, and Wakeman help her get her daughter from a relative’s home. The relative had contacted the Division of Family Services about the child, and the agency advised the relative to keep the child while an investigation could be completed, said Lt.
