St. Charles Police said the boys, ages 9 and 10, made an audio recording of the individual in the bathroom.
The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s office filed charges against Thomas C. Miravalle, age 58, after two boys reported a sexual misconduct incident in a restaurant bathroom. The two boys, ages 9 and 10, called St. Charles Police March 10 and told them an individual in the men’s bathroom of the Hibachi Grill was masturbating in view of the victims. The restaurant is at 3801 Mexico Road in St. Charles. One boy captured audio of this crime on his cell phone. By the time the parents were made aware of the situation, Miravalle had left the area. The victims did not know Miravalle. Police were able to identify Miravalle and later arrest him on the charges. Miravalle, of the 1400 block of Madison Street in St. Louis, was charged Friday …

St. Charles Police said Dominic Ewing was upset about his missing cell phone and confronted and assaulted the man.
A man is accused of breaking another man’s jaw and injuring the ear of another St. Charles resident Feb. 20. Dominic Ewing, of the first block of Buckingham Place in St. Charles, was charged Monday with second-degree assault. St. Charles Police said a man was lured to the 1700 block of North 4th Street in St. Charles, where Ewing met him. Ewing was upset over the whereabouts of his cell phone, according to police. Ewing hit the man in the chest and the jaw, causing a compound jaw fracture and a lacerated ear, according to a court documents. Ewing is being held in St. Charles County jail. A St. Charles man faces criminal charges after St. Charles Police said he assaulted his girlfriend Sept. 22. Louis Earl Felton, 25, of the 1700 block of Christine Drive in St. Charles, was charged Sept. 22 with third-degree domestic assault. St. Charles Police said the Felton took his girlfriend’s cell phone. When she tried to get it back, he struck her in the side and bit her, leaving teeth marks and bruising her arm, according to the police report. The woman left and locked herself in a car, but Felton was able to get inside and pushed his fist against her lip, pushing her head back, leaving a mark on her upper lip. Bail was set at $7,500. Shortly after news broke of the disaster in Japan, Henry Miller’s Facebook page was flooded with concerns and good wishes from his former classmates and other friends. Miller, who lives in the greater Tokyo area, soon afterward posted a two-word response: “I’m OK!” Much to the relief of his friends in St. Charles and St. Louis, he continues to provide updates on his well being on Facebook as the crisis continues.
