Jerry Reese (Ward 6), Rod Herrmann (Ward 8) and Bridget Ohmes (Ward 10) were all reelected to their respective St. Charles City Council seats—Ohmes won her race by just four votes.
Voters passed Proposition R 3,738 (66.22 percent) to 1,873 (33.38 percent) giving the city money to repair the parking garage.
