Old Town Neighborhood Association is an organization dedicated to providing residents of St. Charles' Ward 2 with information and news about their neighborhood. Meetings are open to the general public, and are held to discuss such issues as street/sidewalk reconstruction, community development, changes in city council membership and bridge repair. Projects undertaken by Old Town Neighborhood Association have included the Neighbor Assisting Neighbor project, the Old Town Bench project and the St. Charles Neighborhood Preservation Partnership.
