Jerry Kelly Heating & Air is the only company I would have out to my house. The have the best trained and most friendly techs. The office staff is super nice every time. They may cost a little more, but their service before, during and after each visit can't be beat.

Jerry Kelly is the worst! My home was built in 2005 for a less fortunate family by Habitat for Humanity. JK "graciously" installed a heat pump for free. I bought the home in 2009 from Habitat as a regular buyer. 6 months after I bought the house, the AC leaked water all over my living room, warping the wood floors. I paid $600 to have it fixed and signed up for the PSA club where they would come out and it 2 times a year to maintain it. Last week the AC quit working and the fan on the outside unit quit spinning. I called them and they said I had leaks everywhere and needed a whole new system. Or they offered to replace the coil for $2293. I called and requested the service records because the tech told me "The owner has a bad taste in her mouth over this address. Don't you know the history of this house?" I explained that I just bought it in 09 and he advised that it broke down after 2 years and leaked water all over the living room (sound familiar?!?). Habitat made JK pay to redo the flooring. He told me the owner feels like I may be the underprivileged person who lived there from 05-09 and said they think I am trying to get repairs for free (mind you, I had already paid them almost $1000 for prior repairs). They are only in the business to rip people off! After 5 hours and $571, I had a temporary fix. I was told that it will break again and when the living room is flooded, it's not their problem and had to sign a "no damage" waiver. DO NOT CALL THEM, THEY ARE AWFUL!!!
I would rate zero stars if that was an option. The service man was polite and courteous but claimed the cheapest repair was 2500.00 for a new coil, although in his opinion I should get an entirely new unit for 5k. I thought this was fishy and very least a really high quote, so I got a second opinion and to my dismay the second opinion was only 800.00. Jerry Kelly's company is only out for themselves. I called and talked with a manager at Jerry Kelly and he told me they were running a business and if I did not like the price I could go else where. Warning to all..... go somewhere else and get just as good of service and save thousands.
