I didnt hear back from them at least 15 days and also charged me monthly payment..and when I called them about the status they simply said they did not receive any documents ...so I got mad and submitted a dispute charge with credit card and also attached proof of return, policy docs ...and I got my money back with my credit card dispute procedure .....So, my advise to you is dont trust Autoplex Extended Services ...they are complete scam ..they are very rude ...and dont keep their words ...if you get trap in their policy simply return the documents to them (remember to send documents back with return receipt), and file a dispute charge with the credit card and then and then only you will get money back otherwise forget about the money ......Again ...BE AWARE of this FRAUD COMPANY - Autoplex Extended Services

This company is fraud. Here is a story of experience with Autoplex Extended Services :
They called after one complete year of my 2012 Honda Civic. and their representative called me and explained me the details of their policy. At the time of signing of policy, they told me that I can cancel the contract at any time and will get complete refund if I cancel within 1st 30 days. After 10 days, I called them to cancel my contract they said they can not cancel it and when I asked a reason their customer representative told me he doesnt know the reason. When I called next day, and I have been asked that they need a reason of cancellation and I told them a reason. They were just trying to ignore my call. When I asked them to transfer my call to their supervisor, three different people gave me three different answers : 1. supervisor is not available 2. They dont know who is supervisor 3. Supervisor went for lunch. ...After calling, again again for at least 10 days (they just wanted to stretch it to more than one month so that they dont have to refund my money), I got angry and very rude and racist reply from their customer service. ....Finally, 15 days of constant calling, they asked me to send the policy documents. I immediately sent documents back to them with return receipt request ( I knew that they will say that they did not receive the documents thats why I sent documents with return receipt request).....Continue....

This company is a complete SCAM. Do not let them get you like they did me and several others.
Do some research!! Google them and look at what you find!
They lie, give you a run around, are rude, and do not back up there own contract! They will be happy to sell you their warranty, but dont expect them to honor it or get a refund either.
