Give Back: Volunteer with Local Theater Group, Help Coach Kids with Disabilities

Volunteers Needed to Help with Play

  • Act II Community Theater in St. Peters needs people to help in the box office, concessions and as ushers for the upcoming performance of The Moustrap April 27-29 and May 4-6. You would be able to see the play for free. Contact volunteer coordinator Brittany Anderson at BrittanyLAnderson@yahoo.com or call her at 636-698-4030 to help. 

Do Bingo With Seniors 

  • The activity calendar at Breeze Park, 600 Breeze Park Drive near Cottleville, is very diverse and full. With the help of volunteers, Lutheran Senior Services provides opportunities for social interaction and friendly visiting with friends from the community. Volunteers are requested to host BINGO on Mondays from 10-11 a.m. or from 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. All supplies and prizes are provided. This opportunity is appropriate for a pair or small group (3-4) of volunteers. Call for more information (636) 939-5223.

  • Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN) Sports at l needs volunteer coaches to help young athletes participate in different sports activities and have fun. Sports sessions are helpd from 2-3 p.m. April 22, May 6 and June 24. Volunteers must have three reference checks completed before they can volunteer. To learn more, check out their website.

Help Preserve History in St. Charles County

  • Would you like to help preserve our County's rich history, working with others interested in history as well. Here at the  Archives we meet some of the most interesting people in the country, work on rare documents to see them presered and help young people understand and appreciate their history - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  We have volunteers of all ages that contribute their wide range of skills to helping us. If you would be interested in becoming one of the Archive's Angels, working to preserve our heritage and history, give Dorris a call at 636-946-9828 today. Unload Medical Equipment for St. Louis HELP

  • St. Louis Health Equipment Lending Program (HELP) is hosting a medical equipment colleciton drive May 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at a variety of locations across St. Louis including New Covenant Church, 300 Siedentop. Volunteers are needed to help drive trucks, staff the sites and help unload at the warehouse. For more information, contact Laura Cannon at 314-422-0030.

Help at a Local Blood Bank

  • Become a blood bank donor center assistant for the American Red Cross Blood Bank in Mid Rivers Mall. Help blood donors feel comfortable and appreciated. Greet and serve donors throughout the process in St. Charles. Shifts are 3-4 hours long and the commitment is for three months. Volunteers can work set times on set days. Sign up here.
