Semi-Professional Hockey Team Names Assistant Coach

St. Charles Chill, which will start playing at the Family Arena in October, named Sean Ferrell as the new assistant coach.

Sean Ferrell was named the assistant coach of a new semi-professional hockey team, The St. Charles Chill. 

Ferrell will join head coach Jamie Rivers when the season starts in October. He will assist with recruiting, team formation and community relations, according to a press release. 

He has coached for 16 years for USA Hockey, USHL, NAHL, and AAA hockey.

“I have been working in skill development for the last 7 years professionally and have worked with some of the best players in the world," Ferrell said. "I am excited to take my coaching career behind the bench with Jamie and the Chill.”
