Girls Basketball: Gateway Athletic Conference North

:  Pioneers pulled to 9-8 this week with a win against St. Charles West on Tuesday, 52-33.

Pirates defeated the Duchesne Pioneers on Thursday, 39-30. Read a recap of the game on stlhighschoolsports.com. The Pirates are at 12-5 overall and 3-0 in league play.

: Zumwalt North is 5-13, losing to Warrenton on Friday, 40-51.

: Zumwalt East is 1-15  after a loss to Ft. Zumwalt South on Thursday, 43-50.

: St. Charles West is 6-11, winning against Washington on THursday, 65-57.

Zumwalt South is 8-11 this week after a loss to Pattonville on Friday, 36-53.

Girls Basketball: Gatway Athletic Conference South

Holt High School has turned around after losing two of the first games in the season. The team is now at 12-5 and last week lost to Borgia, 45-43.

Fort Zumwalt West:  The Jaguars are 15-2 on the season, and are on a 7 game winning streak. The team beat Howell North on Friday, 54-12 and Holt on Tuesday, 53-25.

Timberland: Timberland lost to Francis Howell High School on Thursday, 32-53. The team is 7-11 on the season.

  The Knights lost to Ft. Zumwalt West on Friday, 12 to 54 and to Hazelwood Central, 25-53. The team is at 5-12 on the season.

Francis Howell:  Howell is 8-8 on the season. The Vikings beat Timberland on Thursday, 53-32.

Francis Howell Central: Francis Howell Central beat East St. Louis 53-43 on Monday and pulled ahead to Read a recap of the team's progress at stlhighschoolsports.com.

Other Teams:

Lutheran St. Charles: The Cougars are 10-4 after a win against Read a feature story about forward Jamie Skerston on Stlhighschoolsports.com
