High School Boys Basketball GAC Standings

Boys Basketball: Gateway North Conference

: Duchesne is 6-4 overall, after losing to Whitfield at MICDS on Friday, 50-59. The team will take on Priory this coming Wednesday and Fort Zumwalt North on Friday and then will participate in the Cardinal Ritter Round Robin on Saturday and play against Borgia.

: The Pirates last played Francis Howell on Tuesday, losing 70-64. The team is 6-4 on the season and will face Howell North on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Friday, the Pirates play Warrenton, who is 2-7 on the year.

: Zumwalt North has had several weeks off, last playing in mid December and has a record of 5-4. The team will face Duchesne on Friday.

: Zumawlt East played in the Seckman tournament this past week. East beat Northwest Cedar Hill, then lost to Francis Howell North, Lutheran South and Fox. The team plays Westminster on Wednesday and Washington on Friday.

: St. Charles West is 3-9 on the season after losing to Webster Groves and Marquette in the Meramec Tournament. The team will play next on Friday against Fort Zumwalt South.

Zumwalt South is 3-7 on the season, winning against Lutheran St. Charles at the St. Dominic Tournament on Friday which snapped a four game losing streak. South next will play St. Charles West on Friday.

Boys Basketball: Gatway South Conference

Holt is 6-4 overall on the season after beating Parkway North aand Ft. Zuwmat West at the St. Dominic Tournament. Holt will play McCluer, Borgia and Hazelwood Central next week.

Zumwalt West is 4-7 on the season. West beat Luteheran St. Charles in the Consolation Semifinal of the St. Dominic Tournament this past weekend, but ended up losing to Timberland 71-63. Next week, the team will play Hazewlood East on Tuesday and Parkway West on Friday.

Timberland: Timberland beat Zumwalt West and Zumwalt South during the St. Dominic Tournament. The team will play Howell North on Friday.

North is 3-7 on the season. North participated in the Seckman Tournament this past week and beat Seckman and Northwest but lost to Windsor. This Tuesday, the team plays St. Charles.

Francis Howell: Francis Howell is 1-8 on the season. Howell lost to Ladue in the consolation semifinal on Thursday, but got it's first win of hte season against St. Charles on Tuesday. 

Francis Howell Central: Central is 2-7 on the season. Central took fourth place in the Rolla Invitational Tournament, losing to Rolla on Thursday, 38-57. The team plays Warrenton on Tuesday.

• Matchups: Soldan takes on St. Augustine at 6 p.m. Friday. Hales Franciscan vs Cardinal Ritter, 7:30 p.m. Friday, Duchesne vs Borgia, 1 p.m. Saturday, St. Augustine vs Hales Franciscan 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Chaminade vs Helias 4:15 p.m. Saturday.
