Friday Night Spotlight: Knights Take on Oakville in Homecoming Game
Francis Howell North Knights, coming off of 21-7 loss against Fort Zumwalt South, will take on the Oakville Tigers.
(1-3) will face Oakville (2-2) for the Knight's homecoming matchup Friday.
Last year, Oakville rushed for 368 yards and still came up 21 points short in a 40-19 loss to the Knights. This year, Oakville comes off a stellar effort in a 34-17 victory over rival Mehlville.
Francis Howell North was torched in its first two games, giving up 114 points in losses to Timberland (62-34) and Fort Zumwalt West (52-0). The Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars amassed over 500 yards of total offense while the Knights had less than 100.

Howell North has played better the last two weeks. It defeated Fort Zumwalt East 24-23 as Terron Givans scored on a 65-yard run with 1:30 left in the game.
The Knights fell last week to Fort Zumwalt South 21-7 in a game in which they trailed 21-0 at halftime.

Terron Givans has been the one constant offensive threat for Howell North. He rushed for 244 yards against Timberland, 184 against Fort Zumwalt East and 157 against Fort Zumwalt South.
"He's not the biggest guy and not the fastest guy," Tigers coach Arlee Conners said of Givans. "But he has a lot of confidence now and runs real hard. They really depend on him. We need to swarm on defense and wrap him up."
