Yoga for Teens
Jane's House of Well-Being is offering Yoga for Teens. This class is designed specifically for the young adult, age 13-17. Students are taught "asana" or yoga postures, designed to build and maintain strength and flexibility in body and mind. Attention to breath and body awareness is taught to support concentration and focus, promote relaxation, and decrease stress.
