Pilates + Mat Training Workshop

Erica Trokey, owner of Trokey Pilates Studio, will be teaching an educational training workshop on Pilates Mat exercises. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to incorporate Pilates mat exercises into your fitness routine on your own at home and learn how to do so with proper form to increase the benefit to your body.  Pilates matwork is excellent for toning and strengthening the core, which includes your abdominal, oblique, pelvic floor, and low back muscles. Regular practice of Pilates can lead towards decreased low back pain, inches lost off your waist, better posture, improved muscle tone, and more.
