Wine and Chocolate: the Truth Behind the Hype

Breeze Park St. Charles, a Lutheran Senior Services senior living community, is hosting an OASIS class, “Wine and Chocolate: the Truth Behind the Hype,” at Breeze Park, 600 Breeze Park Dr.  We invite you to attend the class and join in the fun tasting of a variety of chocolates. Wine will not be served.

Linda Rellergert, nutrition and health education specialist from the University of Missouri Extension program, will help attendees make sense of all the media hype about both wine and chocolate, look at the research on the benefits of consuming both, and then lead everyone through a delicious tasting of chocolates from milk to dark.
