Rhythm and Ribs

Eat, Drink, Rock ... for education! Friends and neighbors are invited to savor tasty ribs and cold drinks while enjoying live music and fun – all for a great cause: education.

Local groups will serve up the food and fun, with Smash Band live on the main stage at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the St. Charles West Jazz Ensemble. Guests will enjoy ribs from Ethyl’s Smokehouse and Saloon in O’Fallon and Mannino’s Market in Cottleville, and additional “eats” from Chick-fil-A, Dunkin Donuts and Quintessential Catering. Drinks will include Anhueser-Busch products from Krey Distributing Co., beer from O’Fallon Brewery, teas and lemonades from Red Robin and wines from Terra Firma USA.

All proceeds will help the St. Charles Community College Foundation transform lives and strengthen communities by offering much-needed scholarships and educational programs.
