Jefferson Intermediate School will host a Veteran's Day Assembly Nov. 11. Community members are invited to attend.
The 6th grade assembly will start at 8:30 a.m. Students and guests will sing the hymns of the military branches followed by essay readings from students. A reception will follow from 9:30 to 10 a.m.
The fifth grade reception will begin at 9 a.m. with an assembly to follow at 9:45 a.m.
