Do the Representatives that work for us really know the struggles of people that do not have insurance? Do they know that insurance cost almost $800.00 a month if you are 60 years old in the State of Missouri through the State Plain. They say they do not support the Obama Plain for Health because it is Government ran, but They get the Best Government Plan everyDay through the Government. They should refuse their Government Plan for Health, then look for Insurance that will fit there Families. I will tell you that I pay more than $1400.00 a month because My Wife and I have High Blood pressure. What person among all of you Representatives do not have a Physical issue. Just try and find a good Insurance that is better that the Obama plan. I Challenge you to this Task, then report To the Patch your Findings.

Thank you for your input. I welcome the chance to speak with you about your thoughts on how to help our citizens.
A fact that many people do not realize is that I am required to pay my own health insurance as a State Rep. I understand the high costs for insurance that many face. Exploring options to make health care affordable is a challenge that we all face. I remember growing up and not having health insurance that helped pay for doctors visits. We survived on having insurance that covered major events only and we paid for everything else ourselves. To keep my insurance costs low this is an option I have selected many times over the years. I weigh the costs on if I want to have insurance that will cover everything or just insurance to cover major health issues and then see what I can afford to pay for insurance. Health care is an issue that I know all of us are concerned about and there's not an easy solve all answer in my opinion. Thanks
