Padavan's NY bringing Paleo to Monday Nights
Padavan's NY will begin offering Paleo Diet items on their menu.
Due to an overwhelming response from customers, starting on April 1st, Padavan's NY (3249 Rue Royale St Charles, MO 63301 http://www.padavansny.com) will have Paleo Night every Monday night. Padavan's is also redoing their menu to offer at least 2 Paleo itmes on a permanent basis.
The paleo diet (also known as the paleolithic or caveman diet) is a modern nutritional plan that is based on the presumed diet of wild plants and animals that man consumed during the Paleolithic era, which ended about 10,000 years ago with the development of agriculture and grain based diets.
