Incumbents Sweep in St. Charles City Council Election

Jerry Reese (Ward 6), Rod Herrmann (Ward 8) and Bridget Ohmes (Ward 10) were all reelected to their respective St. Charles City Council seats—Ohmes won her race by just four votes.

The three incumbent city council members up for reelection all got the nod from voters on Tuesday and reclaimed seats on the St. Charles City Council. 

One won by the slimmest of margins. 

Jerry Reese (Ward 6), Rod Herrmann (Ward 8) and Bridget Ohmes (Ward 10) were all reelected to their respective seats—Ohmes won her race by just four votes over Bryce Steinhoff.

All results are unofficial at this point and still need to be certified by the county's board of elections.

Councilmen Dave Beckering (Ward 7) and Ron Stivison (Ward 9) also won reelection. Neither Beckering nor Stivison faced opposition in this election. Both will serve another three-year term.
