Roadwork Scheduled for Riverside Drive Starting Sept. 10

Riverside Drive will be closed between Boone's Lick and Clark Street from 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sept. 10 through Sept. 14 so St. Charles Public Works crews can complete an asphalt overlay project. 

Crews are expected to mill the road and remove the top two inches of asphalt Sept. 10 and 11, followed by overlay Sept. 12 and 13 and striping Sept. 14. Work is dependent on weather conditions. The road will be open during daytime hours. 

Drivers are asked not to park vehicles on the street and any cars will be towed at the owner's expense.
