Planning and Zoning to Consider Demolition of Motel For New Enterprise Leasing Office
Enterprise currently operates a car sales lot and a car rental office on nearby properties.
The St. Charles Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a site plan tonight for the construction of a new Enterprise Leasing sales office and parking lot at 3717 Veterans Memorial Parkway
The site plan includes the demolition of the Arch Budget Motel that is currently located at that address.
The two-acre property is zoned C-2 General Commercial District.
