The St. Charles County Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) chapter will exercise disaster response in a table-top setting at its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 16 (1 p.m.) at Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service (4116 McClay in St. Charles). In small, functional groups organizations will discuss their role in responding to and recovering from a potential natural disaster affecting St. Charles County. Members will discuss the needs of their organization should the event occur and will share how their organization would be able to help the community during a disaster.
