The St. Charles County COAD has invited O'Fallon Fire Protection District Deputy Chief Randy Sanders to speak about his task force's involvement in the response and recovery to last year's Joplin tornado. The goal of the COAD is to prepare for and coordinate the response to a large-scale emergency within St. Charles County. All St. Charles County groups, businesses and organizations are invited to participate.
