Woman Threatens to Blow Up St. Charles Building After Being Fired, Police Say

Police said her statements to supervisors were recorded.

A woman threatened to blow up an office building after she was fired from her job at Reliant Repair Protection in St. Charles.

said Ashley Lamora, 27, of the 2900 block of Walton Road in St. John, began yelling and screaming after being fired from her job at 2510 South Old Highway 94.

Lamora was charged with making a terrorist threat, a class C felony.

According to St. Charles Police, she told two supervisors, “I’m gonna blow this (expletive) up.”

The statements were captured on an audio recording, according to the police report.

Police said about 25 people were in the building at the time the threat was made.

Bond was set at $50,000, cash only.
