Woman Charged With Burglarizing St. Charles Apartment

St. Charles Police said Carrie Lynn Francis broke a window to get into the apartment and stole a laptop computer.

A St. Louis County woman is accused of burglarizing a St. Charles apartment April 6.

Carrie Lynn Francis, 33, of St. Louis County, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary.

St. Charles Police said Francis broke a bedroom window in an apartment in the 2100 block of Sherman Square in St. Charles. Francis took a laptop computer and left the apartment, police said.

Francis is being held by St. Charles County Corrections. Bail was set at $15,000.
