Three Pedestrians Hit on Highway 94 Sunday

Driver crashed into the back of another car which was being pushed by three pedestrians.

Three pedestrians were hit while pushing a car up Highway 94 east of Sherman Road early Sunday morning, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 

Leighlon Gardner, 21, Demetri Payton, 20 and Jordan Payton, 13 were pushing a Geo Prism eastbound on 94 around 1:34 a.m. with two pushing at the back of the car and one at the front. 

The three were hit by a 2005 Honda Pilot, driven by Mark Collier, 46, of Bridgeton and were taken to . Gardner was in serious condition and Demetri Payton was listed in moderate condition. Jordan Payton was eventually flown to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and was listed in Serious Condition.
