Three Men Arrested in Robbery on South Fifth Street

Police are seeking charges in the case.

St. Charles Police arrested three men suspected of robbing four people inside of a recording studio on South Fifth Street Monday night.

According to police, three suspects entered the studio, located in the 500 block of South Fifth Street, around 10:52 p.m. Monday. One suspect hit one of the victims across the face with a pistol. 

The victim then fled the area and five shots were apparently fired toward him, said St. Charles Police Lt. Mike Akers. The victim had lacerations on his face.

The three suspects were apprehended a few blocks away by police. Police are seeking charges today.
