St. Charles Police Seek Armed Robber
St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued a warrant for the arrest of Terrance T. Norman, 19, who is accused of robbing an undercover officer at gunpoint.

Terrance T. Norman, 19, of St. Louis, is charged with robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action.
Norman is described as a black man with black, shoulder length hair worn in dreadlocks. According to the press release, he should be considered armed and dangerous.
