St. Charles Police Reports: Three Busted for Marijuana Possession

Harassment

  • Male suspect made telephone threats to his former girlfriend. The incident occurred at Chargene Street on Feb. 13. 

Assault 3rd Degree

  • A simple assault involving juvenile suspects and victim. The incident occurred at Nancy Drive on Feb. 13. 

Violation of Controlled Substance Law

  • A subject was arressted for possession of drug paraphernalia at Veterans Memorial Parkway on Feb. 13. 

Driving While Intoxicated

  • St. Charles Police made an arrest for a DWI following a traffic stop on West Clay Street on Feb. 14. 

Assault 2nd Degree

  • Two subjects became involved in a fist fight in the 100 block of N. Main. One subject fell striking his head on the concrete. He was subsequently transported to the ER. The other subject was later identified and arrested. The incident occurred at N. Main Street on Feb. 14. 

Possession of Controlled Substance

  • A purse was located on Main Street on Feb. 14. The owner was identified and arrested for possession of marijuana.
  • Police made an arrest for possession of marijuana in the 700 block of N. Kingshighway.
  • A subject given citation for possession of marijuana at N. 3rd Street on Feb. 14.

Fail To Appear

  • A traffic stop at Twillman Drive and Royal Domain on Feb. 14 led to a warrant arrest. 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

  • A subject was found in possession of drug paraphernalia at Ford Lane on Feb. 14.
