Stealing Of A Motor Vehicle

  • A vehicle was reported stolen from St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church parking lot on Feb. 24. It was later determined to just have been lost as the owner forgot where she parked it.

Protective Custody

  • An intoxicated subject was stumbling into traffic at Ameristar Blvd. on Feb. 24 and was taken into protective custody.

Driving While Revoked

  • A traffic accident at Ameristar Blvd. on Feb. 24 resulted in arrest for revoked drivers license.

  • At First Capitol Drive on Feb. 24 $8 worth of prescription medication was stolen.
  • A $66 bottle of tanning lotion was taken from the counter at Regency Parkway between Feb. 22 and Feb. 25. 
  • A Citi Visa card was stolen Fraud in the 200 block of Sun Lake on Feb. 21.
  • A spare tire and wheel, valued at $500, were stolen at S. 6th Street between Feb. 20 and Feb. 25. 

Property Damage 2nd

  • A victim stated that within a period of about two hours, someone cracked the windshield of his vehicle as it sat parked in front of his home at Summitview Drive on Feb. 25.

Receiving Stolen Property

  • A subject was arrested for receiving stolen property on Feb. 25 at Cave Springs and Veterans Memorial Parkway. 

Trespass

  • A trespass warning given to subject caught in minor shoplifting in the 1900 block of Zumbehl Road on Feb. 26.
