St. Charles Man Charged With St. Louis County Burglary

Police said the man acted as a lookout in a Sept. 29 burglary in Elmwood Park between Overland and Olivette.

A St. Charles man whom St. Louis County Police said served as a lookout for a burglary in Elmwood Park Sept. 28  now faces criminal charges.

Jourdan Brantley, 22, of the 1000 block of Olive Street in St. Charles, was charged Sept. 29 with second-degree burglary and felony stealing.

St. Louis County Police said in a report that Brantley kept watch as another person entered a home in the 1400 block of Wibracht Place in Elmwood Park, an unincorporated St. Louis County neighborhood between Olivette and Overland.

Police said the pair stole two flat-screen televisions, a 32-inch Emerson TV and a 20-inch Coby TV.

Bond was set at $20,000.
