St. Charles Man Arrested for Threatening Youth with Taser

Michael B. Gordon was recently arrested for impersonating a police officer.

Police arrested a 32-year-old St. Charles man after he threatened a 12-year-old with a Taser.

Michael B. Gordon, of the 30 block of Highland Drive in St. Charles, was arrested for assault in the third degree for threatening the juvenile at his residence on Sept. 29, according to a press release from St. Charles Police. He's being held at St. Charles County jail on $30,000 bond.

Gordon was released from St. Charles County jail last month after being charged with falsely impersonating a police officer in July and August of this year.

As a condition of his bond in that case, Gordon agreed not to posess any firearms, police badges or paraphenelia. His bond was reduced to $5,000. A case review hearing is scheduled for Oct. 13.
