Police Reports: Woman Uses Frying Pan, Glass in Alleged Assault
St. Charles Police reports May 5-8. The following arrest information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
A 35-year-old man was reportedly assaulted at his Colonial Hills residence in St. Charles at 1:52 a.m. on May 6. According to the report, the female suspect arrived at the father of her child's residence and barged in upon the door opening.
A scuffle ensued and the suspect cut the father's left wrist with a glass horn. The suspect then engaged the victim's female guest with a frying pan, which was wrestled away and used against the suspect.
The suspect left the scene and threw a car stereo at the father's vehicle, smashing the windshield. She was charged with assault with physical injury, trespassing and property damage.

Assault
• A 41-year-old man was victim to an assault on North Main Street in St. Charles at 7:33 p.m. May 5 when the drunk suspect with a knife attempted to start a fight. The suspect was also charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

• A 26-year-old woman was assaulted by a neighbor at Riverview Lane in St. Charles at 12:32 a.m. May 5.
Fight
• An uninvited female arrived at a wedding on S. 5th St. in St. Charles between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. May 5 and engaged in a fight involving a family member.
Burglary
• A 33-year-old male was burglarized at Treetop Drive in St. Charles at 11:14 p.m. on May 7. A vehicle stop resulted in the arrest of the burglary suspect and recovery of stolen property including wire frame Ray Ban sunglasses and a North Face jacket. The suspect was also charged with stealing and possession of marijuana.
Driving While Intoxicated
• Police arrest someone for driving while intoxicated on Silverdale Court in St. Charles at 7:47 p.m. on May 5.
Stealing
• A female suspect who had a birthday party at Pump It Up Party Zone, at New Town Blvd. in St. Charles at 6:35 p.m. May 6, had seven extra people in her group. She refused to pay the $96.33 difference, stating they were not part of her group.
• An 18-year old man reported a theft from his motor vehicle at Lakeshore Drive in St. Charles between 1:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. May 5. The estimated property loss of $831 included a radio/T.V./V.C.R/stereo equipment and money.
• A 54-year-old woman reported a theft from her motor vehicle at Zumbehl Road in St. Charles between 7 p.m. May 5 and 7:46 a.m. May 6. Property valued at $379 including a purse, power tools and a hair dryer were recovered in the wooded area behind the hotel.
• A 35-year-old woman reported a theft from her motor vehicle at Zumbehl Road in St. Charles between 7 p.m. May 5 and 8:42 a.m. May 6. Power tools and handheld tools estimating $450 were taken.
• A 53-year old woman reported a theft at Gustane Drive in St. Charles between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. May 7 after a witness observed two suspects entering the residence and removing clothing items. The victim observed her Barnes and Noble Nook tablet missing.
Trespassing
• A 22-year-old man reported a known male trespassing on his property on Gary Court in St. Charles at 3:03 a.m. on May 7.
