Peace Disturbance

  • A student who caused a scene, cursing at a principal at St. Charles High School, was arrested by police for peace disturbance at 7:45 a.m. Aug. 28. 
Property Damage
  • The upper right window of the Wabash Caboose in Frontier Park was broken out on Aug. 28. 
Stealing
  • A wallet was stolen from a building in the 1800 block of Zumbehl on Aug. 28. 
  • Someone stole laundry detergent from a store in the 1600 block of Country Club Plaza on Aug. 28. Police identified a subject who is wanted.
  • A suspect fled when confronted with stealing a wallet in the 3400 block of Sun Lake Drive around 3:40 p.m. Aug. 29. 
  • A 54-year-old woman reported her son tried to steal money from her purse and he assaulted her. The incident occurred at Chad Crossing around 7 a.m. Aug. 29.
Suicide
  • Police responded to two different incidents of people who attempted or threatened to commit suicide on Aug. 28.
Stalking
  • Someone violated a full order of protection and was wanted for aggravated stalking on Aug. 28. 
DWI
  • During a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Olive Street, the driver was found to be in possession of a concealed firearm and to be intoxicated on Aug. 29 at 1:40 a.m. 
Threats
  • A 17-year-old man reported threats were made by his neighbor on Falcons Way between Aug. 23 and 29.
