Police Reports: Two Arrested on North Main Street for Peace Disturbance

Police arrested two people in the 120 block of North Main Street around 1:15 a.m. May 16 after observing a disturbance. One person was arrested for a peace disturbance and misrepresentation of their age and possession of a false ID. A second person was arrested for peace disturbance and outstanding warrants.

Drugs

  • took an intoxicated person on Main Street around 1:50 a.m. May 16 who had marijuana in his pocket.
  • Police arrested two women in possession of drugs on Park Crest Drive between 10:30 a.m. May 17.

  • A 45-year-old man reported his car was gone through but nothing was stolen while it was parked in the 3400 block of Bryn Mawr Drive between May 13 and May 16.
  • A 38-year-old man reported someone stole about $317 in cash from a home on San Juan Drive between 4:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. May 16.
  • A 44-year-old man reported a camera, GPS, charging adapter and iPad charger were stolen from his unlocked vehicle parked on Park Avenue between 8 p.m. May 16 and 6:15 a.m. May 17.
  • A 22-year-old woman had her wallet stolen from her car parked on Holly Place between 10 p.m. May 16 and 7:40 a.m. May 17.
  • A bicycle was reportedly stolen from a garage left open overnight on Tuscany Trace Drive.
  • An 18-year-old woman reported she had $300 in loose cash taken from her purse while she was standing outside of a home on Gallaher Avenue around 12:45 a.m. May 17.

Assault

  • An 11-year-old juvenile girl was reportedly assaulted by another juvenile at school on Zumbehl Road around 10:44 a.m. May 16.
  • An assault between an employee and a patient at a medical facility reportedly occurred on First Capitol Drive around 7:30 p.m. May 11. The incident was reported May 17.

  • A 56-year-old woman reported a dog bite on South Fifth Street in St. Charles around 6:35 p.m. May 16. The person bit reported to the ER, while the dog was reported to Animal Control.
  • A person complained about an animal bite which happened in the 100 block of Oakleaf around 5:30 p.m. May 17. The information was forwarded to Animal Control.

Peace Disturbance

  • Police arrested someone for disturbing the peace at Spring Drive and Veterans Memorial Drive around 9 p.m. May 16.
