Stealing

  • All four tires and wheels were stolen from a car parked at Lakeshore Drive in St. Charles between 6:30 p.m. Sept. 23 and 7 a.m. Sept. 24. 
  • Two bicycles were reportedly stolen from a garage left open at a house on Chestnut Oak Drive between 11 p.m. Sept. 21 and 7 a.m. Sept. 22. 
  • A renter took two air conditioning units when he moved from a trailer on North Third Street on Sept. 22.
  • A 19-year-old woman reported her wallet was stolen from her vehicle overnight. It was parked at Carr Street on Sept. 19. 
  • Stealing from the 2800 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway was reported.
  • Money was taken from the cash register of a business on South Fifth Street after someone removed the lock from the front door and pried open the register between Sept. 21 and 23.
  • A 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue was borrowed from a 63-year-old woman on Sept. 21 and not returned by Sept. 23.
Assault
  • A 61-year-old woman was assaulted in the 2900 block of Edinburgh around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 22.
  • Police responded to a domestic assault complaint and arrested someone for assaulting a law enforcement officer at Vista Drive on Sept. 23.
Protective Custody
  • Police took an intoxicated person into protective custody in the 1700 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway at 9 p.m. Sept. 23. 
Property Damage
  • Property damage was reported in the 200 block of North Main Street around 1:30 a.m. Sept. 25. 
  • Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of Blanchette around 5 p.m. Sept. 25.
