Robbery

The Subway on Elm Street in St. Charles was robbed Dec. 7 by a woman wearing a fake beard and moustache who was attempting to pass as a male. 

Police said she came into the store around 9 p.m. and displayed a black handgun. She took about $200 from the store. Two employees were present.

Stealing

  • Police arrested someone for stealing baby formula and razor refills from a store on Zumbehl Road around 9 p.m. Dec. 5.
  • The window of a car parked at Convention Center Plaza overnight Dec. 5 was broken and a navigation device was stolen from the dashboard.
  • A window was broken from a car parked in the 1400 block of South Fifth Street between 7:30 p.m. Dec. 5 and 8:30 a.m. Dec. 6. A GPS unit was stolen from the car.

Property Damage 

  • Property damage was reported near the 600 block of North Second Street between 5 p.m. Dec. 5 and 1 p.m. Dec. 6.
