Police Reports: Several Arrested for Possession of Heroin

The following arrest information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Drugs

  • Police seized drug paraphernalia from a home in the 1700 block of Florine Drive around 4:51 p.m. April 28.
  • Police arrested someone for driving while suspended and possession of heroin paraphernalia around 4:55 p.m. April 28.
  • Police responded to Veterans Memorial Parkway around 10:25 p.m. April 28 after a report of a person who became lethargic after using heroin. Police located heroin and other drug paraphernalia.
  • Police arrested someone for being in possession of heroin at Veterans Memorial Parkway around 11:40 p.m. on May 1.

Stealing

  • A 31-year-old woman reported a cell phone was stolen from on North Main Street on April 29 around 1:44 p.m.
  • A boys bike was reportedly stolen from the side yard of a home on Thomas Avenue between midnight April 25 and midnight April 26.
  • A 91-year-old man reported his lawn mower and garden tiller were stolen from a shed on his rental property. The items were reported stolen at 5:15 p.m. May 1.
  • A 61-year-old woman reported her rear license plate and tab were stolen from her car sometime between 6:40 a.m. and 4 p.m. May 1 while parked in the commuter parking lot at Zumbehl Road at Veterans Memorial Parkway.

Property Damage

  • A 23-year-old woman reported the passenger side door lock was damaged on her car but no entry was made into the victim's vehicle.
  • Extensive property damage was reported on the brick wall on the south side of The damage occurred between 10 p.m. April 27 and 7:30 a.m. April 28.
  • student reported her car was keyed while parked in the 1600 block of Fielding on April 30 during school hours.

Burglary Attempt

  • A 65-year-old woman reported a burglary attempt at her house on Sheran Ct. around 6:50 p.m. April 27.
  • A 37-year-old man reportedly caught an unknown person breaking into his car around 2:20 a.m. May 1 on Keith Drive. The suspect fled on foot.
