Peace Disturbance
- A 16-year-old girl was threatened while in her driveway on Timbercross place by two girls from her high school around 3 p.m. Aug. 29.
Bad Check
- A business on First Capitol Drive reported someone used a bad personal check to purchase a $12,769 wedding set.

- A 24-year-old man reported items missing from his home on Washington Street around 6:16 p.m. Aug. 30. He said he leaves the back door to his home unlocked.
Property Damage
- A 16-year-old boy reported his car doors were damaged after football practice at North Kingshighway Street between 12:30 and 4 p.m. Aug. 30.
- Police responded to a call about property damage in front of a restaurant in the 140 block of North Main Street around 1:15 a.m.
- Police responded to a call about a person who damaged a bathroom stall wall and door handle to the stall at an establishment on North Main Street around 1:30 a.m. Aug. 31.
- A 60-year-old man reported his front door lock was bent as if it had been pushed in from the inside at his home on Willow Oak Drive between noon Aug. 30 and 2 p.m. Aug. 31.

- Police arrested someone who refused to leave an establishment on North Main Street after being asked repeatedly to leave around 12:30 a.m. Aug. 31. The person resisted arrest.
Public Urination
- Police responded to a call about a person urinating in public on First Capitol Drive around 12:46 a.m. The person also had an open container.
Statutory Sodomy
- Parents reported their 3-year-old was sexually assaulted by a family friend between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Aug. 25.
Traffic Accident
- A vehicle left the roadway at Granger Blvd. and New Town Lake Drive around 11:30 p.m. Aug. 31 and hit a tree, then drove away.
