Stealing
- Cash, $25, was stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight at Santa Fe Street.
- Victim reported wallet stolen from hotel room while entertaining guests.
- A wallet with a police badge was stolen near the 1600 block of Deergrass.
- A person left without paying for fuel in the 3700 block of Elm St.
- Phone harassment from one brother in St. Louis to another brother in St. Charles.
- Subject in hospital for a psych evaluation spit in victim's face.
Urinating In Public
- Subject observed urinating on the top level of the city hall parking garage.
